Scientists at NASA leaping into nanospace

Scientists of the Glenn Research Center at NASA in Ohio have just acquired a TESCAN MAIA3, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with the Triglav™ ultra-high resolution (UHR) SEM column.
